The Company - Maritime Tecnet

Maritime Tecnet is specialized in the sourcing and the management of complex global bulk supply- and demand-chains with liquid and dry products.

The interest of MT could be either a single piece of a whole transportation chain i.e. parcel shipments from a port in India to a port in Germany or the management of a complete demand- or supply chain , (a door-to-door service for dry or liquid bulk) i.e. transportation of an industrial mineral from a mine in Australia to he production plant in Germany. The sourcing oft the product as such is never organized by MT!

MT has developed a number of unique and tailor-made solutions i.e. multi-annual shipping contracts with flat rate over the contract period and without CAF and BAF (important for the protection of operational investments such as plants).

MT can rely and trust on a global network of premium ship owners, port operators and service providers in rail-, barge- and road transportation. Therefore MT has the ability to offer end-to-end services in bulk commodities which means sourcing of all services needed, steering of all the stakeholders and only one invoice for the whole supply chain.

Special know-how exists in the negotiation of maritime services, in the development of service agreements, in the implementation and qualification of new service providers and the global project- and change management.

Through our well selected partner network we can offer as well  Bulk Handling Engineering Services, Operations Research, IT Optimization Tools und Financial Services.
